  copy of the Agenda for the Agenda Review Committee Meeting to be held on 
 Wednesday\, June 21\, 2023\, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at CPS
  Loop Office\, 42 West Madison Street\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The pur
 pose of the Agenda Review Committee Meeting is to review potential Board R
 eports to be considered by the Board at its Regular Meeting on June 28\, 2
 023. The Board President and the Chief Executive Officer have determined t
 hat registered speakers who wish to present during Public Participation ma
 y have the option to participate in person at the location of the Board me
 eting or virtually via an electronic platform. The public will have access
  to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org.\nPublic Participation Guide
 lines are available on www.cpsboe.org.\nFor the June 21\, 2023 Agenda Revi
 ew Committee Meeting\, due to the Juneteenth National Freedom Day Holiday 
 on June 19th\, advance registration to speak will be available beginning F
 riday\, June 16th at 10:30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\, June 20th at 5
 :00 p.m.\, or until all slots are filled. Advance registration during this

 ss the Board\, an individual may not speak at two (2) consecutive meetings
 . In the event an individual registers to speak at a consecutive meeting\,
  the individual will not be called to address the Board.\nAdvance registra
 tion to observe will also be available beginning Friday\, June 16th at 10:
 30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\, June 20th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all

 the duration of the Agenda Review Committee Meeting\n\nSame Day\, In-Perso
 n Observer Registrations are taken on a first come\, first serve basis as 
 seats become available.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting w
 ill begin following the President’s opening statement and proceed for no m
 ore than 20 registered speakers for forty minutes. Registered speakers wil
 l receive instructions for Public Participation.\nMembers of the public ma
 y submit written comments for Board of Education meetings via the Written 
 Comments Form on the Board’s website at www.cpsboe.org or mailed to 1 N De
 arborn\, Suite 950. Written comments received between the day the public a
 genda is posted through 5 p.m. the day after the Board of Education meetin
 g will be submitted to the Board and posted within five (5) business days
